Responsibilities:
Sales Advisory
- Enhance sales document (e.g. FHR, FIR, and Sales Advisory Manual) for the Agency Force.
- Enhance the sales process and controls in iPoS+.
- Develop the standards relating to sales advisory and liaise with the stakeholders.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and improve on controls in iPoS+ system, endorsement system etc.
Close Monitoring
- To mitigate the risk on onboarding new candidates with adverse records. Work with the relevant stakeholders in the onboarding of agents with adverse records and ensure that the team follow up on the close monitoring imposed.
- Review the quality of Close Monitoring requirements conducted for selected agents that are onboarded and follow up where there are lapses in the processes and/or documentation.
Welcome Call
- Review the results of the assigned welcome calls surveys that are conducted post sales and follow up where there are lapses in the processes and/or documentation.
Communications
- Review and ensure that the deliverables of dissemination and communication are achieved and updated in iKnow Sharepoint. (Eg BSC quarterly communication, adhoc communications)
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Manager in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Requirements:
- Education – Tertiary education
- Experience – 1-3 experience in life insurance industry would be advantageous
- Preferred Certifications/licenses –
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Examinations – Module 5 (Rules & Regulations for Financial Advisory Services)
- Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Examinations – Module 9 (Life Insurance & Investment Linked Policies)
- Health Insurance Module
