The Job:
- Coordinate and assist with resolving team members issues to improve current process and increase productivity
- Supervise and overseeing the team performance ensure the team achieves monthly retail target
- Responsible for production ordering, shipment arrival, duty payment and warehouse storage
- Liaise with Sales team of production ordering, stock allocation, shipment arrival, duty payment, warehouse storage
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree with 5 years of experience in administrative executive in automotive industry
- Reports to manager and assist in managing the admin team
- Proficient in MS Excel, Office, Power Point and Salesforce
