Responsibilities:
- Report to Service/Commissioning Manager
- Coordinate field service activities with the aim of running these according to customer requests and project requirements. Assist service/commissioning manager to improve efficiency and achieve departmental goal.
- Provides input to aftersales with regard to service budgets and scheduling required for quotations
- Maintains contacts with internal and external clients and engineers about the nature of a problem or work
- Responsible of work plans, availability of technical documentation, necessary manpower, materials and tools and/or resources for the work to be performed Initiates and agrees to purchase and make orders for (spare) parts, materials, goods and services necessary for service order execution
- Communicate directly with customer/project team about planning of activities once the job is confirmed and passed to service department
- Coordinating the required manpower, materials, tools and resources for the execution of service activities.
- Responsible for all the information documentation concerned the project (internal and external).
- Handling of the administrative completion and billing of work
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Engineering
- Good planning and organising skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- **Must have relevant experience in Marine/Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
