We are looking for a Hardware Development Engineer to join our R&D Singapore Electro-Acoustic Development team. You will work closely with the audiology and cross-functional product development team, as a critical member of the global R&D Product Development team for our hearing aid devices.
What you will do
- Develop complex ITE Hearing Aids concepts according to electrical and acoustical requirements
- Optimize electrical performance as well as design the finest acoustic sound experience
- Pioneer new technologies or solutions into the next generation of In The Ear (ITE) hearing aids
- Selection of loudspeakers and microphones
- Quality and Safety verification based on International Standard, American Standard (ANSI) and FDA Class 2 Medical Device
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics or equivalent with interest in audio, electronics, and EMC development
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Design to Manufacturability and Design to cost
- FMEA , MATLAB , Simulations, COMSOL, CST, TENSORFLOW knowledge are welcome.

- Good analysis skills with an innovative and analytical mindset
- Able to work and communicate well in a collaborative environment.
