The role will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office by performing a variety of administrative and facilities management tasks.
Responsiblities include:
- Mail Management: Open, sort, and distribute incoming letters from the letterbox.
- Courier Services: Arrange for shipments and manage other courier-related tasks.
- Invoice Handling: Send and upload invoices, ensuring that all necessary supporting documents are included.
- Office Supplies Management: Maintain and order office supplies, including stationery and other essential items.
- Record and track job requests related to facilities management.
- Check and follow up on any reported faults within the office or facilities.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from Nitec or Higher Nitc
- Office is in west side of Singapore. Candidate is fine with working in the west
- Good attitude
- 1 year contract, office hour: monday to friday, no OT
