Job Title: Project Coordinator (M&E Construction) (ID8309)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri,9am to 6pm
Salary: $2200 - $3000
Job Description:
Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame
Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management
Efficiently manage and work closely with clients
Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools
Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.
Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities
Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirement:
Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
At least 3 years working experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering and security system industry (or change/add to in tendering process for M&E works)
Possesses good communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
Familiar with AUTOCAD software
