- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for clinical and innovation initiatives
- Contribute to the strategic success and visibility of our clinical initiatives and innovative projects through effective communication strategies that impact patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and innovation teams to ensure accurate and timely information, create and disseminate educational materials, newsletters, and digital content
- Organize and facilitate events, workshops, and seminars focused on clinical innovations
- Identify and promote trending topics in clinical and healthcare innovation
- Support international collaborations and partnerships initiatives
- Contribute to business sustainability initiatives through strategic communication.
- Drive communication initiatives that enhance patient care and experience
Corporate Services Management
- Support and lead Corporate Services Team to implement marketing and communications plan required to raise profile
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform our strategies
- Plan campaigns consisting of email, webinars, videos, social media, marketing collaterals
- Collaborate across teams to implement integrated campaigns and events from planning to implementation, managing deliverables while gaining insight and analysing performance metrics
- Build processes for efficiently handling requests across teams and ensure requests fit into overall strategy
- Attend to paperwork and administrative briefs to ensure compliance
- Plan, support and drive the execution of initiatives and other assigned projects
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with strong understanding of business and innovation trends
- Experience in supporting international collaborations and business sustainability initiatives
- Organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- IT Savvy, in-tune with digital economy and familiar with managing digital platforms
- Excellent communication, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills
