Job Description:


The Role

You will drive impact, change and strategy in the performance marketing department. You will be working directly with the CEO and leadership team on highly important projects and leadership initiatives that will have significant impact on OOm’s mission and business objectives.


You should be / have:


● The ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a team towards improving their skills and achieving collective goals

● Proficiency in handling interpersonal conflicts and maintaining a harmonious work environment.

● The ability to delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability.

● Passionate about all things digital and forward thinking, always on the lookout for the latest news in the digital space

● Results-oriented & data-driven: Strong analytical skills to assess the team’s performance and derive actionable insights.

Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels (Esp. Meta, Google & TikTok) and how to use it to achieve maximum ROI

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Capability to present strategies, results, and insights to senior management clearly and confidently.

Quick thinking and creativity in addressing challenges and obstacles.


Key responsibilities:


Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation and drive adoption of these strategies across the agency, so as to stay ahead of industry changes and enhance our competitive edge.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define the performance marketing team’s roadmap, and drive action through leaders under you to achieve set goals.

Cross-functional collaboration to achieve collective goals of the company.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing executives while identifying and grooming potential leaders

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging continuous learning and development.

Design and provide regular trainings for key departments to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to keep abreast of what is happening in the industry

Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality team output and cross-functional collaboration

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of the team’s campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed targets.

Continuously evaluate and improve the department’s processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
