Responsibilities:
- Ensure vessels adhere to Classification Society and regulatory requirements through proactive maintenance
- Implement and maintain effective maintenance systems to ensure compliance with standards
- Review and approve repair requests, prepare purchase orders, and oversee work orders
- Develop dry-docking and repair specifications, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage vessel budget allocations to meet operational standards expected by Owners
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and prepare comprehensive closure reports
- Participate in inspections conducted by Class Society, Flag State, Port State, Underwriters, and Oil Majors
- Assist the Crew Department in coordinating crew-related matters to support operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Certified in COC Class 1 or 2
- At least 2 - 3 years of related experience as Technical Superintendent
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, management and communication skills
- Competent with MS Office and knowledge in Technical
- Strong sense of integrity and professionalism
