Position: Chef De Partie - Pastry
Working days: 6 days (rotating shift)
Location: Inflight Catering Centre
Salary: S$ 2,000 and above
JD:
- Supervise meals produced, according to menu specifications, production schedules and menu cycle.
- Carry ordering according to load requiremnts, follow proper stock control and rotation (adhere to FIFO)
Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English and able to use PCs
Requirements:
- Preferably with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel food and beverage business
- Have good knowledge in food preparation
