Position: Customer Service Assistant
Salary Range: $1,800 - $2,600
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for installations at customers' homes.
- Achieve targets set for arranging appointments.
- Plan, set, and arrange routes by region/area for weekly installation and servicing schedules.
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring closure of all cases.
- Send out reminders and confirmations to customers regarding installation and servicing.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
- Provide basic solutions to customers over phone calls to rectify issues. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, arrange for a technician to visit and resolve the case, ensuring closure.
- Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on our purchase and social platforms.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- "O" Level and above or equivalent
