Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Working experience on handling huge volumes of data and clustering algorithms
• Knowledge/Work experience on Performance tuning of SQLs is needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various databases and reporting systems.
• The Individual should be capable of adapting quickly on managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, aligning their efforts to changing Business priorities.
• Take complete ownership on modules/tasks assigned and work effectively within the team.
• Responsible for clearly articulating the problem statement and solutions in both technical and functional language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Conduct predictive analytics and statistical modeling to forecast outcomes and improve decision-making.
• Present findings to Senior management in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into understandable information.
• Knowledge on SDLC and Agile Life cycle
• Adopt and build processes to manage the quality of the deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to their professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Skills/Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 10 to 12 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst & PL/SQL Developer
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and performance tuning concepts
• Strong financial domain background is a MUST.
• Oracle certified professionals is a plus
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Data science projects is a plus.
