Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and be competent in both service and kitchen staff duties
- To be familiar with F&B environment and apply to company standards
- Have a strong sense of cooperation and safety awareness and always multi-task your errands
- Plan, schedule and conduct inspection at various outlets to assess and ensure the compliances with applicable guidelines and SOPs.
- Identify gaps or improvements to the processes and communicate to relevant personnel/department.
- Conduct regular audit follow-up on a periodic basis
- To report to the Supervisor any potential hazard and/or breakages
- Involve in process improvement, system enhancement of new system development
- Monitor the quality of all food and beverage items served
- Assist to plan, formulate and/or review new products and/or menu selling price from time to time
- Conduct timely reviews on food and operating costs to ensure that they are in line with the budge
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or any degree holders in any discipline
- At least 2 years of F&B experience (possess Food Hygiene Officer Certificate will be added advantage)
- Positive mindset
- Proficiency in the use of computer
- A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures and protocols
