Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluate patients
- Plan, discuss with patients and perform treatment methods focusing on the skeletal, muscular and cellular systems allowing the body to heal symmetrically
- Educate and advise patients on intervention programmes
- Development and coordination of rehab activities and therapy services
- Supervision of Rehab / Therapy Assists on performing rehab / therapy activities
- Monitor the progression of the patients recovery
- Conduct health talks and educational programmes
- Build positive relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Committed, compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to treat and delight patients
- Self motivated, positive attitude and strong integrity
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
