Job Description:
- Business Development duties in seeking out potential clients that will require the services of the business through focusing on the Greater China and European client base for services rendered through the firm
- Establish, source and quantify opportunities on fund raising initiatives as and when assigned by the firm
- This role sits at the corporate level supporting all strategic initiatives across different business units globally or relevant.
- You will be working on high profile corporate deals and partnerships to unlock potentials within existing businesses.
- You will develop robust financial models and drive both quantitative and qualitative analysis on market trends.
- You need to be kept abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence and market positioning to advise business and functional heads on potential opportunities and risks.
- This person would be the valuation expert in evaluation of potential targets and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisions, develop tactical plans and project manage independently.
- You need to display ownership in leading projects, and drive execution across different functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5 years of corporate finance team or investment banking capacity or relevant industry experience, strong financial modelling skills is preferred.
- Highly analytical with excellent business acumen and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communicator, highly engaging with strong stakeholders management skills
- Self-starter and thrive well in an independent and flexible work environment
- Goal-oriented with the ambition to build and expand the team in future
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Ability to communicate in mandarin fluently and in a professional level in both verbal and written
- Have prior experience and connection in the Greater China Market and Europe is preferred as the position is required to work with client mainly from the two regions
