Our client, in the commodities trading industry, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. The office is located in the Central with hybrid arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Handle all work visa applications and renewal
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and resolve benefits-related issues or inquiries
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
- Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs to support organizational goals and objectives
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in HR processes
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Around 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and strong critical thinking
- Fastpace, adaptable and flexible
