Job Description
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
- In charge and manage AP, AR and GL
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modelling software.
- Payroll operation and manage activities with HR and employee reimbursement
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and implement changes effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and familiarity with relevant financial laws and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity in handling confidential financial information.
- Support quarterly and yearly statutory audit
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting practices, financial analysis techniques, and accounting principles.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in using financial software systems and tools.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and financial laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
