This is a 12-month contract role based onsite in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Think creatively with prominent gaming companies in Korea to build sustainable and long-term partnerships by understanding their strategy and goals
- Represent Social Media Play platform and provide thought leadership and perspectives in external meetings with partner executives
- Own adoption of Social Media Play platform in game developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, operations, and finance
- Track and analyse and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships at scale
- Use analysis and gaming industry expertise to source and develop new partner opportunities
- Manage and consult existing partners on building up their success on Social Media Play platform
- Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders both internally and externally
Minimum Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 4+ years’ experience in a partner facing role driving strategic partnerships within the gaming industry.
- Fluency in English and Korean language to work closely with in-country teams and game developer partners who speak the same language.
- Deep domain knowledge of the gaming industry.
- BS/BA in a highly quantitative field, such as Economics, Business, or equivalent experiences preferred
- Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Ability to define, initiate and drive business opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Good understanding of the internet/mobile app industry
- Advanced skill in MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to handle day to day operational work to also structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships with gaming companies
- Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus
