Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and design of facades, preparation of drawings, and structural calculations
- Delivery of technical presentations to internal and external incumbents
- Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members
- Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors
- Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Construction / Mechanical Engineering and any other related fields
- 3 – 5 years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management
- Proficient in CAD software 3D Modelling software - Revit, Rhino, Sketchup software
- Deep understanding of various façade materials
- Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills
- Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations
- Good interpersonal skills and project management skills
- Willing and able to travel when necessary (20%)
