Description:
- Report to Factory Manager.
- Assist in precast concrete proposal, technical supports, and design calculation•Assist in quality check on shop drawings and manage submission/approval progress
- Collaborating with engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
- Participate in Overall project management to meet time, cost, and quality objectives
- Managing of production progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analysing output, identifying issues, troubleshoot and sharing the results internally.
- Effectively manage the die-set, machines, materials, manpower planning, and production schedules to optimize production quantity and produce high quality products, by assist in making the right decision to maximize the results.
- Daily equipment maintenance work plan
- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline, ensure 5S in production lines.
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvements and technological upgrades
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Materials) recognised by PEB.
- Fresh Graduate or 2 years of related working experience in Precast Concrete/ Building Structural Design/automation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and design analysis software
- Knowledge of automation will be advantageous•Must be able to speak and write English.
- Able to work independently and in a team and able to follow instructions
- Must be willing to work in Tuas
