Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons in line with our preschool curriculum and enrichment programs.
- Monitor children's progress and provide regular updates.
- Manage the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Set up engaging learning corners.
- Perform routine care duties.
- Organize and participate in center events.
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to fulfill duties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
- Assist with additional tasks or initiatives as needed.
Qualifications (Required):
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool environment.
- Certified by ECDA.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Friendly, family-oriented, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
