Admin Assistant (Part-time)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and printing
  • Issue invoices, PO and vouchers etc
  • Handle phone and email enquiries and orders from customers
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Answering phone calls and calling customers to place orders
  • Sorting and organizing of orders
  • Liase with inter-department regarding orders and deliveries and related queries
  • Liaise with drivers regarding cash payments
  • Maintain basic office cleanliness
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Skills

  • Basic English and Mandarin speaking required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Detailed and oriented

No experience needed

  • Preferably staying in Jurong / West area as no transport provided
  • 5 days work week
  • 6 hours per day (10am-4pm OR 11am-5pm)
  • Guaranteed AWS with 1 year of service
