Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and printing
- Issue invoices, PO and vouchers etc
- Handle phone and email enquiries and orders from customers
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Answering phone calls and calling customers to place orders
- Sorting and organizing of orders
- Liase with inter-department regarding orders and deliveries and related queries
- Liaise with drivers regarding cash payments
- Maintain basic office cleanliness
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Skills
- Basic English and Mandarin speaking required
- Basic computer skills
- Detailed and oriented
No experience needed
- Preferably staying in Jurong / West area as no transport provided
- 5 days work week
- 6 hours per day (10am-4pm OR 11am-5pm)
- Guaranteed AWS with 1 year of service
