Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with doctors and aesthetic clinicians to offer professional consultations in skin, body, and hair care.
  • Develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans that incorporate both clinic treatments and product solutions.
  • Advocate the clinic's range of services and products in a manner that educates the customer.
  • Offer high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
  • Participate in both internal and external training programs.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Levels and 1-2 years of proven sales experience in consumer, lifestyle, wellness, and healthcare sectors. A Paramedical diploma is also acceptable.
  • Prior experience in mid-luxury to luxury day spas or aesthetic clinics will be considered advantageous.
  • Proficient in English communication and writing.
  • Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with Chinese customers.
  • A responsible team player with a passion for the field.
  • A commitment to continuous learning for professional excellence in aesthetics.
