To strengthen our local team in Singapore we are looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant
Essential Functions:
- Acting as first point of contact for the office, greeting and welcoming visitors creating a positive first impression
- Serving beverage and managing meeting room bookings
- Responsible for daily distribution of mails/reports/lists to the respective departments
- Courier services arrangement for local and overseas documents/parcels
- Prepare meeting rooms for video conferencing and perform general upkeep of the rooms after use
- Making lunch/dinner reservations as required
- Responsible for order of office stationery, name cards, pantry supplies and maintenance of pantry/office equipment
- Corporate mobile assistance and reporting
- Charter party documentation
- Fire warden / First aid assistance
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Admin Manager
Skill Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as being a strong team player
- Having a sense of urgency and the skill to prioritize/multitask
- Feeling comfortable in an international environment
- Possessing a cheerful countenance, positive working attitude and a proactive approach
Required / Preferred Education and Experience:
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level and above
- At least 1 or 2 years of receptionist/ customer care experience
