Our client is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. They are looking for Staff Nurses for their Day Care Center.
Job Scope:
- Follow approved nursing practice standards
- Assess and provide quality geriatric/dementia care
- Conduct pre-assessment for new clients referred by AIC
- Ensure client enrolment follows company SOP
- Handle documentation for relevant government submissions
- Coordinate with health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client conditions
- Monitor and review client progress; update care plans as needed
- Offer health promotion and counseling to clients and families
- Provide nursing care including medication, wound dressing, and other technical tasks
- Oversee and manage nursing team performance for competency
- Coordinate and monitor clinical and service quality for continuous improvement
- Administer CPR, AED, and first aid; respond actively in emergencies
- Support health promotion activities in the Centre
Requirements：
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Advanced / Specialist Diploma in Geriatric / Community Nursing an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
