Logistics Coordinator
We are currently seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials through our supply chain.
Job Descriptions:
Maintain accurate inventory records ( Incoming & outgoing stock item ) and oversee stock levels
Maintain accurate records for receiving non-stock and expense item.
Schedule and monitor transportation activities to optimize delivery efficiency.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation ( DO / DN / CI / PL )
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
1-2 years experience.
Experience in SAP is preferred.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
