Job Duties
- Production of noodles, soup, gyoza and etc.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting foodstuffs
- Steaming, boiling, frying, deep-frying (etc.) of foodstuffs
- Packaging food products
- Rotate and date stock to ensure proper quality is maintained
- Cleaning and scrubbing of floor, exhaust, wall, refrigerator, drain, etc.
- Washing of kitchen equipment
- Always have initiative and perform your duties with a positive mindset.
- Smooth communication amongst staff. (In Morning assembly, closing assembly, and during operations.)
- Be able to support all facets of Central Kitchen operations
- Proper guidance, and confirmation / validation.
- Appropriate, effective and well-considered instructions and validation.
- Be able to solve operational and interpersonal issues
- Lead and train other staff in Central Kitchen operations.
- Create a desirable workplace (employees, equipment, supplies, time, other divisions, etc.)
- Promote exchange of information within departments, and within the division, contribute positively in meetings
- Planning, executing and ensuring weekly cleaning schedule.
- Instruct and lead appropriate and correct preparation (recipe, inventory, preparation, arrangement, fair division of workload, etc.)
- Understanding each product costing and being able to handle both Soup & noodles sections’ operations
- Able to control and adjust the soup and guide others. (By time period and condition.)
- Understanding and controlling noodles quality. Perform it and guide others
- Understanding products quality and inventory level
- Advise superiors on appropriate levels of inventory
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager Requirements
- 2 year working experience
- Pleasant personality
- Willing to work on Saturday
- Good work ethics (integrity, teamwork, punctuality, respect)
