Business Coordinator

Position: Business Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and coordination between management team and business partners
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to project department and Managers
  • Tasks include managing schedules, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining important documents
  • Communicate unforeseen delays or issues to business partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Ad-Hoc support when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related experience in a supporting role
  • Prefer to have construction admin working experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive nature with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Possesses creativity, resourcefulness and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Mandarin speaking is mandatory to communicate with China counterparts

Others:

  • Open to Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only
  • Working hours: 9am ~ 6pm (Monday ~ Friday)
  • 12 Days Annual Leaves onwards
  • Medical Benefits and insurance provided
  • Working location: Loyang
