Position: Business Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and coordination between management team and business partners
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to project department and Managers
- Tasks include managing schedules, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining important documents
- Communicate unforeseen delays or issues to business partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Ad-Hoc support when necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in a supporting role
- Prefer to have construction admin working experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive nature with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Possesses creativity, resourcefulness and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory to communicate with China counterparts

- Open to Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only
- Working hours: 9am ~ 6pm (Monday ~ Friday)
- 12 Days Annual Leaves onwards
