We are looking for a Firmware Developer to join the Global Accessories team to guide embedded firmware architecture for hearing aid accessories, ensuring robust design and continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Technical Lead overseeing embedded FW architecture for rechargeable portfolio of accessories for Hearing Aids
- Develop and maintain embedded FW architecture
- Perform coding of the design and implement feature to match the requirements and design specification
- Contribute to peer review and continuous integration of solution to system and provide guidance to junior developers
- Create and maintain corresponding documentation
- Continuous improvement (bug fixing, enhancement, new features, updates etc.) to existing product
- Facilitate ECR, ECN management with other stakeholders.
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software, or Computer Science Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience working with Embedded Firmware architecture
- Experience with C, C++, C#, Python, OOP and real-time embedded programming
- Experience in communicating with hardware and multithreaded embedded programming
- Proficient in portable low power device/ architecture
- Development of product with wireless power transfer (e.g. Qi Charging)/ Bluetooth/ any wireless protocol is a plus
- Agile Environment with Azure DevOps is a plus.
