Seeking for Data & Business Intelligence Architect

We operate in in New Zealand (HQ), Singapore (SE Asia HQ), Australia, India and US, with our clients spanning Government Agencies, Energy and Resources, Architecture, Engineering and Construction, Transportation & Healthcare.
We are seeking Data & Business Intelligence Architect, to spearhead end to end implementation with extensive experience in data engineering and designing BI dashboards for management. This role requires a leader who can articulate a compelling vision to clients and the team, ensuring that this vision is delivered through all stages of the project. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exploring new technology and developing business cases to support enterprise-wide data analytics solutions
Must Have:
· A minimum of 10-12 years of industry experience in Data & Analytic, with exposure to AI engineering
· Experience in at least two of the following platforms for - AWS, Azure or Google.
· Computer science degree or equivalent level qualification.
· Design and drive implementation of software solutions, along with creating future roadmap.
· Prior experience to engage in client-facing interactions, providing analyses, recommendations, presentations, and advice.
· Drive the awareness and establishment of data-related improvement initiatives across the business.
· Proven experience in architecting and designing complex data ingestion pipeline and BI solution.
· Proven experience in designing pragmatic solutions to solve real-world problems that take account of what is possible in a given timeframe.
· Proven delivery experience under pressure with translation of business and functional requirements into solutions design along with cloud migration.
· Evaluate technologies and systems for relevance and feasibility to the needs of the programme end state
· Presales Architecture – responsible for the specification, design, cost, and proposal of solutions to meet formal client requirements.
· Experience working with Singaporean clients, especially in Public sector providing analyses, recommendations, presentations, and advice.
· Experience in management of Stakeholder, Finance & vendor, with prior experience to Manage budgets, forecasting, work allocations, and staffing.
· Build a high-performing, motivated, and committed data analytics team.
Good to Have:
· Exposure to AI, including machine learning
· Experience of prototyping and demonstrating potential solution outcomes
· Define and document systems interfaces, data and infrastructure from a conceptual, logical and technical basis.
· Certification & experience in cloud Databases like redshift, Snowflake, Big Query etc.
· Full understanding and practical experience of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management experience.
· Prior experience in Optimisation of existing system.
