Admin Executive

Job Summary:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth administrative workflows within our creative environment. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer’s inquiries, arranging logistics for daily orders and events, managing schedules, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally via phone, email or in-person visits.
- Arrange for floral order deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in the most cost effective way. Coordinate logistics for events set up and tear down as needed.
- Maintain and update schedules for events and clients’ appointments, to ensure there is enough manpower to support demands.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Assist in inventory management and ordering of office and pantry supplies.
- Work with florists to assist clients in selecting floral arrangements and recommend appropriate options based on their preferences.
- Procure props and non-floral materials to support florists’ operation.

Key attributes:

- Minimum qualification of 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Comfortable using standard office software and technology to facilitate administrative tasks

- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplify a professional demeanor in all interactions, maintaining confidentiality and discretion as needed.

- Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays as needed.
