Job Description:
- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications to facilitate project monitoring and progress
- Site coordination with consultants, builders and/or contractors.
- Ensuring workmanship quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with support team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Attend project meeting with builders, consultants, contractors, vendors, management and support team to update project progress and resolve ground, operations and related issues.
- Prepare project schedule and related reports for management review.
- Prepare project drawings, built drawings and related drawings for submission to client.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct testing and commissioning for the project.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of competent suppliers and sub-contractors for projects.
- Assist in negotiation of pricing with consultants, suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors.
- Measure and determine work done to facilitate periodic progress payment and billings to clients.
- Conduct negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved where necessary.
- Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed
- Assist in preparation of tender and contract documents.
- Assist in any other ad hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Project Management or equivalent with at least 4-5 years relevant working experience in Singapore, preferably in construction related projects
- Advantage to have knowledge in Quantity Surveyor or Structural knowledge.
- Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours as and when required
- Willing to travel to work site
- Able to commence work within short notice.
