Job Scope:
- Lead process development, including process/product characterization, qualification, and overseeing production pilot runs and volume ramp-up.
- Initiate, drive, and participate in improvement projects related to quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Stay informed about technological advancements in the process area to anticipate changes and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Monitor the stability of the production process through daily analysis of quality data from upstream processes, plating, and final inspections to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Participate in process improvement and cost reduction programs for plating processes.
