The Client Service Executive will manage the overall relationship with clients, from identifying their needs and goals, to delivering solutions and value, to ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
· Recommend products to compliment clients’ menu and provide our food solutions to them.
· Prepare quotations and support clients’ request.
· Assist with clients’ sampling or food tasting, meet up with clients whenever necessary.
· Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with existing and new customers.
· Monitoring and feedback on market trends to improve sales.
· Work closely with Purchasing Team to ensure that stock is readily available for customers.
· Generation and reporting of monthly sales reports.
Working hours:
Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm
Sat 8am to 1pm
Requirements and skills
· Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
· Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
· Problem-solving attitude
