Marketing Lead
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to assist us in the planning and execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns across South East Asia. The candidate is expected to be skilled in either of marketing techniques (UA, Social Media or PR Content) that will be amplified in planning, execution and generating exceptional results for the game or service.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing of product to stipulated target audience using the most cost-effective mediums measurable ROIs, such as Print Ads, Web ads, In-store displays, Digital Ads and Social media
- Create, manage and optimise UA campaigns for all games
- Craft marketing campaign strategies and activities to achieve ROI
- Utilise analytics tools and critical thinking to manage and evaluate UA performance
- Monitor campaign performance across various channels to drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue
- Work closely with the product and creatives teams to strategize and provide creative briefs for all campaigns
- Establish good rapport and communications with partners and agencies
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Experience in working in a game or technology company
- Minimum 5 years or more experience in marketing related role
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- A team player who can work independently and in a team
- Strong analysis and critical thinking to review campaigns
- Result and KPIs driven
- Passionate about gaming
- Highly advantageous for those with prior experience in marketing involving mobile or PC games
