Procurement and Service Support Coordinator
- Permanent role
- Basic offer up to $ 2,800
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm ; Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Kranji / Yew Tee area
Responsibilities:
- Issue sales quotations, invoices, and delivery orders to customers.
- Manage and maintain documents and filing systems.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Process sales orders and coordinate fulfillment with the operations team.
- Collaborate with operations and finance on sales-related matters.
- Address issues related to product quality and quantity.
- Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers.
- Review purchase prices regularly to stay competitive.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Coordinate between customers, drivers, transporters, sales, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain certifications and ISO/HACCP documentation.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Able to multitask.
- Good organizing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
- Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage.
- Candidate with 2 years of experience in sales support or general administration experience will have an added advantage.
