Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $4500 + AWS + VB
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7.50am to 4.55pm)
- Location: Joo Koon (Company transport pick up at designated pick up points island wide)
Job Scope:
- Maintain the daily operation of the electroplating process
- Troubleshoot quality and process-related issues
- Lead process improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Provide real-time process updates and collaborate with production to ensure seamless operations
- Train and certify operators on process operations
- Support new projects and other semiconductor processes
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as process engineer
- Preferably with electroplating or semiconductor background
- Knowledge & working experience in wafer plating is a MUST
