Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
· Ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant
· Work closely with the service crew and the kitchen to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently
· Providing responsive and courteous service to customers through excellent service
· Check on customers and their satisfactions towards meals
· Handle basic customers complaints
· Ensure that food and beverage orders are arrived in a timely manner
· Establish good rapport with guest to build guest loyalty
· Ad-hoc duties or of any other kind
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
· Min 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
· Able to work in fast pace working environment and shift schedule (including Saturday, Sunday and PH)
