The Accounts cum Admin Assistant supports the finance department by performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, generating invoices, and providing support generally in the area of Accounts Receivable. The Accounts cum Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and contributes to the overall financial health of the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Keeping track of accounts receivables, sending SOA and calling clients for receivables
· Issuing of Progressive Claims, Invoices, Processing of Work Orders
· Data entries into SAP Software
· Proper organising and filling of company documents
· Answer phone calls and provide general customer support
· Provide general administrative support and handle any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
· Minimum 'O' level and with at least 2 years relevant accounting experience
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Mature, meticulous and a good team player
· Able to communicate fluently in English
· Prior Accounts Receivable experience is an added advantage
· Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage
· Being able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
