Job Description:
- Assist the Building Manager with daily operations and overall facility management.
- Utilize and adjust the Building Management System (BMS) for routine maintenance, fault removal, and operational improvements.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including adjustments and replacements of flush valve sensors.
- Trace and clear minor leakages or chokes promptly to ensure efficient building operations.
- Manage and perform building maintenance tasks such as oiling door hinges, repairing locks and handles, and applying sealants.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any maintenance issues.
- Oversee inventory and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Handle emergency response activities and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering / Building Services or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management, mechanical trades of ACMV, plumbing and sanitary.
