Job responsibilities:
- Perform onsite software support, system deployment, audits, maintenance, and technical support
- Configure company systems to meet customers defined specification
- Configure and Install system PC’s, Servers, IP Cameras and other related hardware based technologies
- Manage the deployment of a large-scale project
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of customer issues through proper channels
- Collaborate with other technical experts and engineering teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Deliver accurate, high quality system handover documentation to project stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant technical surveillance experience
- Excellent administration and troubleshooting knowledge of the various Windows operating system components (Active Directory, file sharing, clustering, GPO, performance monitoring, etc.)
- Experience of providing technical solutions for enterprise customers
- Experience with networking equipment configuration and troubleshooting (switches, routers, etc.)
- Experience working with IP video systems, SQL databases
- Understanding of server virtualization concepts; video streaming methodologies; TCP, IP and UDP protocol stack
- Understanding of network storage (SAN, NAS, iSCSI) principles and best practices
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to prioritise works
