Support and execute end-to-end IT sourcing activities in accordance with the Procurement policy. Ensure sourcing excellence by analyzing information, identifying requirements and opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and managing a pipeline of procurement projects in support of category strategy/plans, collaborating with Procurement leaders and stakeholders.
- Manage and support Request for Proposals (RFPs), including commercial and contractual negotiations, partnering with stakeholders and shared functions such as Risk Management, and Vendor Management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing RFPs and commercial contractual negotiations.
- Good negotiation skills and experience in contracting products and/or services.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering value through cost savings and cost avoidance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP MM is an advantage
- Knowledge of Procurement policies and processes, with experience in collaborating with legal and risk management teams.
