Facilities Manager
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
- Overall in-charge of the management and operation of the contract;
- Lead the Service Team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance;
- Responsible for the management, planning of preventative maintenance works and services (including contractors engaged by the Authority);
- Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government/ statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E facilities and works;
- Manage projects programmes and supervise as and when required;
- Prepare and put-up justifications for variation works;
- Ensuring works are completed on time and as per contract requirements;
- Ensure that all faults and service requests are followed up timely;
- Assist the Authority to compile and submit data/reports to other Authorities where required (e.g. MSE, BCA, etc);
- Assist the Authority to achieve target goals and certifications/accreditations (e.g. GreenGov, ISO 41001:2018, etc);
- Ensure servicing works are completed as per contractual requirements;
- To involve in upgrading or office related project works and coordinate with relevant stakeholders;
- Source, evaluate and recommend contractor(s) and quotations to perform works/services for the Authority;
- Monitor and report progress of works and services; and
- Verify and submit reports to the Authority.
Requirements
- Degree from a recognised tertiary establishment
- At least five (5) years relevant working experience in facilities management
- Have obtained SIFMA Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation in relevant tier or must obtain within Year 1 of Contract, unless otherwise agreed by the Authority.
