Skills & Competences
- Fluency in English
- Project leadership & management: experience in leading project teams to deliver using large-scale agile methodologies.
- Program leadership & management: experience in leading complex programs where both Business and IT are involved.
- Have professional project management experience in software product development.
- Be a true do-er able to deal with agile at scale challenges and loads of ambiguity.
- Customer Interactions: Strong background in leading customer facing engagements, building and managing customer relationships and stakeholder management.
- Ability to be a brand ambassador and knowing service offering to upsell inside customer engagements.
- Problem discovery: Experience in turning loose specifications and open-ended problems into pin-pointed qualitative and quantitative problem statements and coordinate teams to create stream approach for solving
- Understand end user and customer Point of Views.
- Understand working with technical teams, but possess business acumen.
- Be a confident public speaker and facilitator
- Have a fundamental understanding of how to manage organizational changes - you will need this to challenge the status quo
- Knowledge and Awareness of different digital technologies, what they do and where they bring value. In particular: Data, Cloud, APIs, AI, Micro-Services, Mobility.
