Job Description
- Lead a team of 4
- Understand and create/modify workflows for new/existing programmes
- Conduct site recces if needed
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders
- Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success
- Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes
- Generate monthly report for stakeholders
- Able to answer ad hoc queries via phone or WhatsApp over weekends
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution would be preferred
- To possess at least three years’ experience in event/programme management
- Good negotiation and leadership skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing a team
- Proven problem solving skills
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an advantage
