The Operations Chef will oversee culinary operations across multiple outlets, ensuring high food standards, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team across outlets, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.

  • Manage daily kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in budget development and manage culinary department finances.
  • Work with marketing and outlet managers to align operations and drive promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in culinary management at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Financial acumen with experience in cost control.
