Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, school holidays, and school closures)
About the Role:
Hong Wen School is seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage inquiries, and assist with student care functions, ensuring smooth operations within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
- Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries regarding school events and general school-related matters.
- Perform administrative tasks for teaching staff and supervisors, including organizing and managing correspondence.
- Print, file, distribute, and document notes, circulars, and other correspondence.
- Take care of students in the sickbay, providing basic support as needed.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by the Administration Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Prior experience working in primary schools is required.
- Relevant experience in general administration and student care within a primary school environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to various stakeholders.
Personal Attributes:
- Reliable and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
