Oxford Graphic Printers is a dynamic and innovative design and printing company. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management
- Manage project schedules and coordinate production arrangements
- Prepare and organize quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records
- Provide general support to the team, as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Positive and proactive attitude
