Receptionist cum Admin Assistant @ Lorong Ah Soo
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Option to Extend: For a further period of 1 year (at the company's discretion)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following;
- Reception duties - Handle calls (within 3 rings), walk-in enquiries, goods receiving, school mails, parcels dispatch etc.
- Retrieve phone messages and inform respective personnel (first thing in the morning).
- Attending and addressing pupils’ needs.
- Assist staff in the loaning of resources.
- Assist staff in the conducting of surveys.
- Sorting and ensuring the uniform cupboard is neat and tidy.
- Any other admin duties or task assigned by Admin Manager (AM), Admin Executive (AE), Operations Manager (OM), School Leaders (SLs) and Key Personnel (KPs)
- The School may request staff to be involved in urgent and important duties, e.g. During Evacuation, Emergencies.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum GCE O-level educations
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position in local schools
- Fluent in written and spoken English and another language
- A team player who works well with other colleagues
