Job Scope:
- Lead and oversee the application development team in enhancing, developing and maintaining software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Manage and execute SDLC cycles, ensuring successful and timely delivery of high-quality applications.
- Drive the implementation of systems and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure vendors' deliverables are met according to established timelines and quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of background experience in project management/Business Analyst in IT sector
- Proven experience leading and managing software development teams.
- Have completed at least 2 full SDLCs.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Have a good understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
- Possess a good understanding of Agile project development and methodologies.
- Prior Experience in RPA and low code
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms.
- It will be an added advantage if certified in Project management or related fields.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
